The term silent resignation or quiet quitting is present everywhere: from the workplace to the trending topics of the main social media, in particular, TikTok. In fact, the drastic shift in the workforce during the pandemic (understaffed companies and overworked employees – with extra, unpaid responsibilities) has largely driven this behavior up.
